I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were decently clean and of good size but could use a bit more attention to cleanliness. The facilities provided were good, offering a comfortable stay, although there is room for improvement in terms of cleanliness. The service was average as the person who claimed to be the sole manager was attending to our needs; however, more staff could enhance customer satisfaction. The location was convenient, being close to shops, restaurants, a small strip mall, and easy access to California and Fort Myers Beach. The dining experience was enjoyable with delicious dishes, adding a positive touch to my stay.
